HOW TO NAVIGATE THE NEW PPL CAR TRACKING APP

Introduction

PPL has been using the PPLCLOUD Gps tracking app and recently, we added a new app. Both apps work perfectly. Most clients have been asking us how the new app works, its functions and how to navigate it, hence the reason for this article. We will be explaining in detail, the functions of the app, how to download it and also how to navigate through the app. This will serve as a guide for both old, new and intending clients.

First of all the app is used to monitor the movement of your car. You will be able to see the live location of your car in motion or parked. You will be able to see your car move from one location to another. In addition, you will also be able to playback the history route of the car.

If you want to know where your car has been to for as far back as six months, depending on when the PPL car tracker was installed in your car. Most clients have already been migrated to the new app but if you are still on the old app, there is no need to worry, it still works perfectly. So the name of the new app is gps-g0.com.

Functions of the app

Below are some of the functions of the app;

• Real time tracking

This function enables you to see the movements of your car via the pp in real time. You will be able to see your car move from one place to another and also see were your car is parked at a particular time. This function shows you the movements of your car with the exact time and date.

• History check

This function enables you to check the previous route of your vehicle or vehicles. You will be able to see were tour car has been to in the past for as far back as six months, depending on when the tracker was installed in your vehicle. It is accompanied by the time, date and location of where the car was parked or where the car moved to.

• Speed limit/Mileage usage

This function helps you to monitor the speed of the car daily and also the mileage usage. For those that have drivers and do not want them to exceed a certain speed limit, you can easily monitor their performance while driving your car through the app. You will also get a notification if they exceed a certain speed limit set but the notification will be sent to your email.

How to download the app

1. First of you need to go to Play store or App store

3. Install the app on your mobile phone

Navigating the app

Once you have completed the above steps, all you need to do next is open the app and click “login”

You will then input your username and password then click “Login“.(once you have installed the PPL car tracker, your login details will be sent to you through WhatsApp or your email)

Once you have logged in, you will be able to see the exact location of your car or cars as the case may be.

To replay the history of the car, click “functions”

then click “Replay”

then click on the play button to replay all the past movements of the car on a specific time and date you desire.
